We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement.
In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, misspelled etc. please contact us here Support@zkikz.com immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.
